A 6-Week Guided Space for Clarity, to Build Confidence & Boost Self-Trust.

This group is an open, respectful space for people who are willing to care for themselves more consciously. Together, we will create space for reflection, spiritual openness, and intention-setting, supporting a genuine new beginning and laying foundations for a steadier, more aligned 2026.

Because, there comes a point where people don’t need more information.

Space to be supported without pressure, fixing, or performance.

The Mentoring Room is a small, guided group experience designed to help you stabilise, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, one week at a time.

This is not a course.
It’s not therapy.
And it’s not high-energy group coaching.

It is a calm, intelligent mentoring space with one dedicated week devoted to learning how to genuinely look after yourself, energetically and emotionally.

    Weekly Strategy and energy update and advice on how to plan for the year ahead.
    Platform: Online video call
    Group Size: Small and contained

    Each session includes:

    Arrival and grounding

    A clear weekly theme

    Guided discussion and mentoring

    Gentle integration for the week ahead

    You are never required to speak, but you are always welcome to.

    Private sessions will be available along side the programme, at a special price to the group.

  • Who This Is Not For

    This space is not suitable if you are looking for:

    High-pressure accountability

    Therapy or trauma processing

    Being “fixed” or told what to do

    A large, anonymous group

    One on one access to Rosina.

    There will be 1/1 session available at a special price.

    This is a contained, respectful space where everyone remains responsible for themselves.

    This is the first of this group type, there will be spiritual and business running more of these groups throughout the year.

The Six-Week Journey Begins on Tuesday 27th January

We open with a practical planning framework that we return to each week, ensuring your focus stays clear and your next steps feel grounded and manageable. Each week is designed to support both real life and inner life, practical, emotional, and energetic.

Week 1 - Resetting Where You Are

Understanding what’s actually going on beneath the surface, without judgement or urgency.
This week is about clarity, not fixing.

Week 2 - Energy, Fatigue & Boundaries

Why you’re tired, where your energy leaks, and how to protect yourself without guilt.

Week 3 - Confidence & Self-Trust

Rebuilding confidence quietly.
Learning to trust yourself again without forcing or proving.

Week 4 - The Ritual & Self-Care Week ✨

This is the heart of the programme.

In this session, Rosina shares simple, grounded rituals passed through her family line, not superstition, not performance, but real practices for emotional care, energetic protection, and nervous system settling.

You’ll learn:

  • How to clear emotional residue from your week

  • How to energetically “close” conversations and situations

  • Simple daily and weekly self-care rituals

  • How to look after yourself before burnout arrives

This week is about learning how to support yourself long-term, not just in crisis.

Week 5 - Work, Money & Emotional Pressure

Stabilising your relationship with work, money, and responsibility.
Less pressure. More grounded decision-making.

Week 6 - Integration & Moving Forward Stronger

Bringing everything together.
Understanding what’s changed, what stays, and how to move forward with greater steadiness.
