Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Trade apply to Rosina Bond, Rosina Bond Numerology, and Rosina Bond Consulting. Collectively, these are referred to as “RBC” and will be treated as one entity. By purchasing or engaging with any RBC services, products, or platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to RBC.

This notice explains how and why we collect, use, and store your personal information, and the rights you have regarding it.

Who I am: Rosina Bond, trading under www.rosinabond.co.nz, www.rosinabond.com, and all associated platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any other channels used to deliver services or content.

Online privacy:

Services and products are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
RBC does not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Children are prohibited from using any interactive portions of the website (e.g. forms, comments, purchases).

Personal information:

RBC collects information to send emails, deliver services, fulfil orders, and improve customer service.
Information will not be sold, traded, or transferred to third parties, except where necessary to complete a transaction or provide services.

2. Terms of Use

“You” refers to the purchaser or participant in any RBC product or service.

By using any part of RBC’s services — including one-on-one or group coaching, programs, workshops, rituals, trainings, readings, charts, books, e-books, guides, or online content (whether hosted on RBC platforms or third-party sites such as Facebook or Instagram) — you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not access or use RBC products, services, or sites.

Releasees: refers to Rosina Bond, Rosina Bond Numerology, Rosina Bond Consulting, www.rosinabond.co.nz, www.rosinabond.com, and all associated platforms.

No liability will be accepted for any actions you take as a result of consultations, products, or mentoring. All choices and outcomes remain your responsibility.

3. Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Payments may be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
RBC does not process automatic card payments.

4. Mentoring Programs

Mentoring is booked three months in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
If an appointment cannot be kept, RBC will attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, the missed time will be added after the initial three-month period and must be used within six months.
Monthly payments are invoiced by the 5th and must be paid by the 18th of each month.
Maintenance programs are booked in advance, invoiced monthly, and payable by the 18th.
Program cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

5. Use of Documents and Readings

All charts, readings, audio recordings, PDFs, or written materials provided by RBC are for personal use only.
They may not be shared, copied, published, or distributed without prior written permission.
You may print or store them for your private reference, but commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, charts, and documents are treated as strictly confidential.
RBC will not share your personal information, readings, or private insights without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Digital Delivery and Access

Documents and recordings are delivered electronically (via email, download link, or other agreed platforms).
RBC is not responsible for issues beyond its control, including internet outages, spam filters, or loss of access to third-party platforms.
Clients are responsible for saving and backing up their own copies of delivered documents.

8. Ownership of Content

All content created by RBC (including words, videos, recordings, training materials, layouts, graphics, photos, documents, and databases) is the intellectual property of RBC unless otherwise noted.

This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit RBC content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All services, products, and information are provided “as is” without warranties, guarantees, or assurances.
RBC does not guarantee that services will meet your expectations, or that any issues will be resolved.
RBC is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use of any product, program, or service.
RBC does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for seeking independent professional support when required.
All decisions and actions remain solely your responsibility.

10. Cancellations and Refunds (Documents & Readings)

Once a personalised chart, report, or document has been started or delivered, no refunds are available.
If a program, service, or live session is cancelled by RBC, you will be offered a reschedule or refund at RBC’s discretion.

All work is additionally protected spiritually through my lineage — Clarice, Pretoria, and Rose — ensuring that the integrity, energy, and wisdom of these teachings remain safeguarded.
