Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, programmes, products, sessions, mentoring, digital content, and communications provided by Rosina Bond, Rosina Bond Numerology, and Rosina Bond Consulting (collectively referred to as RBC, “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing or using anything from RBC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Scope

You must be 18 years or older to engage in RBC services or purchase any product.
These Terms apply whether services are delivered:

in-person
online (Zoom, social media, email, third-party platforms)
via downloadable or digital files

2. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect information only as necessary to:

provide services and digital content
manage bookings and communication
process payments securely

We do not sell or trade personal information.
Personal data may be shared only with trusted providers such as Stripe/PayPal for payment processing.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

A full Privacy Policy is available upon request and is deemed part of these Terms.

3. Payment, Invoicing & Late Fees

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Invoicing must be paid prior to mentoring commencing.
For mentoring payment plans: If invoiced by agreement prior
- Invoiced by the 5th of each month
- Due by the 15th of each month
Overdue invoices may incur an administration fee and may result in paused access to services.

You agree not to issue chargebacks through banks or payment providers for valid, delivered services. Chargeback fees will be invoiced to you.

4. Session Terms & Cancellations

Appointments require 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.
Unused sessions must be utilised within six months from purchase unless agreed otherwise.
Sessions are non-transferable to another person.

Programme cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All materials created by RBC — including numerology charts, readings, programmes, ebooks, workshops, visual or audio content — remain the exclusive property of RBC.

Purchasing a product grants you a non-transferable, single-user licence for personal use only.

You may not:

reproduce, copy, or share content
create derivative works
distribute or resell any material

Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and removal of access.

6. Nature of Services – Disclaimer

RBC provides intuitive, energetic, mentoring, and numerology-based guidance.
All information is for personal insight and educational purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or offer medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

You agree:

you remain fully responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing
RBC is not liable for any interpretation or outcome of the information provided

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, significant trauma, or harmful behaviour, you must seek qualified professional support.

7. Results & Guarantees

No particular outcome is promised or guaranteed from:

mentoring
readings
charts
programmes
rituals or energy work

Every client experience is personal and unique.

8. Conduct & Respectful Behaviour

RBC maintains a safe and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behaviour is:

abusive
inappropriate
unsafe
disrespectful
violating these Terms

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and/or digital nature of the work:

All sales are final.
No refunds are offered for change of mind or non-use.

Where consumer protections apply under NZ law, they will be honoured.

10. Third-Party Platforms & Technology

We are not responsible for:

downtime or access issues of external hosting platforms
third-party policy changes
data loss outside of our control

Digital access may be updated or removed at any time to maintain quality and security.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.

12. Updates to Terms

RBC may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately to new and ongoing services.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All services, products, and information are provided “as is” without warranties, guarantees, or assurances.
RBC does not guarantee that services will meet your expectations, or that any issues will be resolved.
RBC is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use of any product, program, or service.
RBC does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for seeking independent professional support when required.
All decisions and actions remain solely your responsibility.

10. Cancellations and Refunds (Documents & Readings)

Once a personalised chart, report, or document has been started or delivered, no refunds are available.
If a program, service, or live session is cancelled by RBC, you will be offered a reschedule or refund at RBC’s discretion.

11. Copyright

This includes, but is not limited to: Rosina Bond Consulting, Rosina Bond Numerology, www.rosinabond.co.nz, www.rosinabond.com, and all associated social media platforms.

All work is additionally protected spiritually through my lineage — Clarice, Pretoria, and Rose — ensuring that the integrity, energy, and wisdom of these teachings remain safeguarded.
