I'd love to work with you and here is how.

Simply send me an email with a couple of days and times that would suit you, and I'll do my very best to make one of those work.

I personally respond to every enquiry and will always get back to you within 12 hours. At present, appointments are generally available within 14 days, although an earlier appointment may become available from time to time.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you find the clarity, confidence and direction you're looking for. If you're in New Zealand, you're welcome to pay by direct bank transfer once we've confirmed your appointment time. Payment details will be provided when your booking is finalised.

My sessions are designed to feel relaxed, safe, and easy to step into.

These session are one on one. This is a space where you can talk openly about what is going on for you—without pressure, judgement, or the need to have everything figured out. Often, just having that space to share brings an immediate sense of relief and clarity.

From there, I work with you to look at what is really happening beneath the surface. We gently identify what is not working, where you may be feeling stuck, and where change is needed. I help you make clearer, more confident decisions about your next steps, so you are not second-guessing yourself or moving in circles.

I also look ahead for you—at your timing, your opportunities, and the natural flow of what is opening up. This can be for your personal life, your relationships, or your business. Understanding timing often takes the pressure off and allows you to move with more ease and confidence.

Alongside this, I give you practical tools. These might support your mindset, help you bring your energy back into balance, improve your relationships, or guide you in how to better support your children. Everything is simple, usable, and designed to fit into your everyday life.

My role is not to overwhelm you or tell you what to do.

My purpose is to encourage you, support you, and give you the information you need so you can move forward feeling clearer, steadier, and more in control of your direction.
