Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, programmes, products, sessions, mentoring, digital content, and communications provided by Rosina Bond, Rosina Bond Numerology, and Rosina Bond Consulting (collectively referred to as RBC, “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing, booking, or using any service or product from RBC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Scope of Services
You must be 18 years or older to engage in any RBC services or purchase products.
These Terms apply to all services delivered:

in person
-
online (including Zoom, email, social media, or third-party platforms)

via digital or downloadable files
2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer
RBC provides intuitive, numerology-based, mentoring, and energetic guidance for personal and educational insight only.
RBC does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
By engaging with RBC, you agree that:

you are fully responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing

outcomes are subjective and based on personal interpretation

RBC is not liable for any actions taken as a result of the information provided
If you are experiencing mental health distress, significant trauma, or harmful behaviour, you must seek support from a qualified professional. Medical, legal, and financial matters require advice from the appropriate professionals.
3. Payments, Pricing & Invoicing
All pricing is listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required prior to services commencing

Invoices must be paid in full by the due date
Mentoring Payment Plans (where agreed):

Invoices issued by the 5th of each month
-
Payment due by the 15th of each month
Late or unpaid invoices may result in:
-
paused access to services
-
administrative fees
Unauthorised chargebacks for valid, delivered services may result in recovery action and associated administrative costs being invoiced.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments
-
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited
-
Sessions are non-transferable
-
Unused sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless agreed otherwise
Programme cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and/or digital nature of RBC services:

All sales are final
-
No refunds are offered for change of mind or non-use
-
Once a personalised chart, report, reading, or document has commenced or been delivered, no refunds are available
If RBC cancels a service, programme, or session, you will be offered either a reschedule or refund at RBC’s discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All materials created by RBC — including but not limited to numerology charts, readings, programmes, ebooks, workshops, audio, visual, or written content — remain the exclusive intellectual property of RBC.
Purchasing a product or service grants a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You may not:

reproduce, copy, or share content
-
distribute, resell, or repurpose materials
-
create derivative works
Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in removal of access and legal action.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
RBC collects personal information only as required to:

deliver services and digital content
-
manage bookings and communication
-
process payments securely
Personal information is never sold or traded and is shared only with trusted providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
A separate Privacy Policy is available and forms part of these Terms.
8. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
RBC maintains a respectful and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if behaviour is:

abusive
-
inappropriate
-
unsafe
-
disrespectful
-
in breach of these Terms
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
9. Third-Party Platforms & Technology
RBC is not responsible for:

outages or access issues related to third-party platforms
-
changes to third-party policies
-
data loss beyond our control
Digital access may be updated or removed to maintain quality, security, or compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
All services and products are provided “as is”, without guarantees or warranties.
RBC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of services, products, or content.
All decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes will be handled within New Zealand courts.
12. Updates to These Terms
RBC may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on the website and apply immediately to new and ongoing services.
