We all need support. Over these last eight years, I have mentored many individuals back into an empowered space. People overthink, they overthink everything and this hurts them but, they do not know how to move themselves out of overthinking mode and I do.

These old habits create blocks and hold them hostage in shitty emotional habits, which they mirror onto their jobs, relationships and money lives. You often try to change what is in front of you, when actually, you are in your own way and changing your physical life is not enough, your deep emotional sadness, will return unless you change your frequency.

One of my favourite things is to show people, there is another way into living a Consciously Designed Life, by empowering mindset space and permanently resetting your frequency.

I help them, I teach them and, I train them back into empowerment. I help them understand their patterns, I help them acknowledge their fears, I show them how to release these negative habits and traits and then together, we reset. I give them new skills, rituals and mantra that helps them stay there and then they can rebuild.

Why do I love mentoring? because I get results! I know what to do because I see you in a different, and more objective light. I challenge your beliefs about yourself, i use Numerology as my map of you and I work on strategies to help you change your now life.

Working with a broad range of people means I have a lot of resources to draw on. We talk, identify what aspects of your life needs work, we decide, and then build a plan. It's a reset to enable you to live a more consciously designed life.
